Added a new style (Black/Red graphics on white background). I've set this as the default for the time being so that users can check it out (a lot of users don't pay attention to the style changer or announcements).

While the banner is complete...it isn't finalized. Still working on logo and custom designed icons for ODN. But want to get community feedback on this skin before moving too far ahead. Is it a contender with IPB and Green SEO?
