I saw this film just the other day and it's really enjoyable.

The story follows Jonathan Safran Foer, a Collector, on his travel to Ukraine in order to find a mysterious woman named Augustina, who saved his grandfather, Safran Foer, from the Nazis in 1942. Jonathan is a vegetarian and afraid of dogs. His translator (Alex) butchers english like a nice cut of beef, Alex's grandfather has a seeing eye dog that suffers dementia, and believes himself to be blind.

The visuals stylings are nice, from flashbacks to current day appearance, everything has a quirky when needed, and touching when needed, feel to it.

The music is Polka. Plain and simple. Arguably the worst music in existence next to the sound of one hand clapping. BUT, in the movie, it feels perfect and sounds, surprisingly, very nice.

The dialogue is pretty good, considering the vast array of nervous problems and anti-semetic attitudes of the Granddad, the mistakenly blind man who drives for a Jewish Heritage Tour...yeah I thought it was weird too.

Overall, I'd give it a 8/10.
