    1. If the entire world was listening, what would you say?

I'd probably try to say something witty and funny, but it would come out all wrong and 5 billion people wouldn't get the joke and then I would probably cry and pee my pants.

    2. If you could ask God one question, what would you ask?

I've already asked a bunch of questions and She/He answered them, so I guess it would just depend on what I was feeling that day. Today, I'd probably ask if Sammy is ever going to find out that EJ stole Sydney.

    3. If you were offered immortality, would you take the offer?

Here on Earth??? Oh hell no! Where is the adventure in that?

    4. If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?

I'd make the sky pink and the grass lavender...
Seriously, I'd make every person more empathic so they could truly know the suffering they cause others and the Earth so they would be inclined to stop doing it.

    5. If you could listen to one personís thoughts, who would you choose?

    Dio, of course!

I'm seriously wondering where this debate is going though. This is a pretty chatty thread.

In what way was it ever a debate to begin with? And number two, THAT'S what you're thinking??? I retract my answer to number 5. ;-)

    1. If the entire world was listening, what would you say?
I would sing a japanese song that most of you don't know.
    2. If you could ask God one question, what would you ask?
I would probably ask something insignificant so i'd just stand there and try to listen to what he's saying.

No, I think I already have a ticket to heaven

    4. If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
    myself

    5. If you could listen to one personís thoughts, who would you choose?
mine, sometimes i don't know what i'm thinking

    1. If the entire world was listening, what would you say?
You've all got some serious hugging to do.

    2. If you could ask God one question, what would you ask?
Why did you plant that damned tree?

    3. If you were offered immortality, would you take the offer?
    No.

    4. If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
    Eliminate religious exclusivity.

    5. If you could listen to one personís thoughts, who would you choose?
I wouldn't choose anyone; it would drive me crazy, never being able to stop listening to whatever that person was thinking, no matter how interesting it was.

    Re: What if...

    1. If the entire world was listening, what would you say?
I'd tell them to stop listening to me and start listening to each other.

    2. If you could ask God one question, what would you ask?
I wouldn't aks a question, I'd just say thanks for dying on the cross for me and also for the happy healthy kids and the loving husband and the generally looking after us.
On second thought, after I said all that, I'd ask, "can I have a hug?"

    3. If you were offered immortality, would you take the offer?
I have kids, so I'm immortal three times over.

    4. If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?
Even though it would be tempting, I wouldn't change anything. Everything is exactly as it needs to be.

    5. If you could listen to one personís thoughts, who would you choose?
I'd like to know what my eldest daughter is thinking sometimes. If she has pain I don't know about, so I could be there for her better. But I wouldn't want to listen to her thoughts, per se. The not knowing makes me try harder to show her how much I love her.

    1. Stop being such morons, we are all the same species who all want, in general, the same thing.
    2. How old are you?
    3. I would bargain for something better.
    4. I would make myself the leader of the world, under one government.
    5. The smartest person in the world in a field of research that interested me.
    abc

Is the answer to life, the universe, and everything, really 42?

Only on that condition that if I choose to die I can. If such a condition were met, I would gladly take immortality (being incapable of dying anytime I didn't want to) because let's face it, there are several things I could do that stink of pure awesome:

    1: Dive through the sun.
2: Float to the stratosphere and then dive headfirst into the ground like a fleshy meteor.
3: Swim to the bottom of the ocean.
    4: Pick a fight with a whale.
5: Wrestle a slew of bears in their cave.
6: Ride at least one bear after clubbing it into submission.
7: Use spray cans to rocket myself from the moon to the earth, and then freefall into the ocean for the world's longest highdive (Guinness would **** itself over that)
    8: See Alpha Centauri.
9: Actually see if there's alien life out there...and then mess with it.
10: Have sex with a black hole (though technically, you can do that HERE, I mean a literal gravitational nexus that atomizes anything unfortunate enough to pass through the event horizon). Boning a black hole would be awesome. That's like having sex with the universe itself. And then never calling it but acting like you're writing down its phone number and lying that you had a "really fun time and feel very strongly" about it.

And if you think playing "hide the nazi" with a black hole is impossible, remember, I'd be immortal, so I have all the time in the universe (literally) to figure out how to do so.

Houses would be built in a more self sufficient manner, IE, built in gardens, water collectors and purifiers, and solar/wind/geothermal/etc power generators. THis, I believe, would solve a lot of problems.

Me. I can HEAR my thoughts, but I never really listen to them.
But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect, keeping a clear conscience, so that those who speak maliciously against your good behavior in Christ may be ashamed of their slander.
