    Exclamation Hypothetical Section

Ok, this is a section where you put debates about stuff that is, well hypothetical. This is where you put "What if Bush died tomorow?", "What if Hitler died early in WWII?","What if computers never existed?", etc. Please do me a favor and fill this up so that I can justify it's existancce.

Would the world be better off had religion never been brought into existence?

Hypothesis is the mill to life's grist. The development of a hypothesis can allow us to prove or disprove a point or idea. Proved hypothesis becomes theory - except in Avagadro's case it seems! Without hypothesis we are missing an important element of curiousity and research. It is part of the 'toolkit' that permits us to ponder variables. It is essential to discovering an in depth knowledge of events past, present and future. Without it we would lose essental qualities that help us survive and make us human. Is it important us? - Your too blo*dy right it is.

What if my post didn't matter to anyone? - Well may I be permitted to conjecture or even hypothesise that it must have mattered to you on some level in order for you to have actioned this thought?

I do this purely so that you can er...justify this thread Iluvatar. :D

When dog food is new and improved tasting, who tests it?

Do you need a silencer if you are going to shoot a mime?

These are not hypothetical situations. These are merely questions/jokes.

Ignore Syl. She's always dour and serious. :p

FYI, this is a stickied thread, to announce the purpose of this forum. It doesn't need to justify itself to anyone.

Whether your post matters to anyone is up for argument, isn't it? Apparently it matters to me because I replied.
"Anyone" means "any person". According to Mirriam Webster, an online dictionary, I am indeed a person.
Thus, it does mean something to "anyone" - me.

If it didn't mean anything to anyone then I suspect your post wouldn't be replied to. Since it has been replied to (a matter of fact - the evidence is in the writing), it obviously does mean something.

No, audible sources can still affect the dangerously silent. I'm not positive on this though. Who knows what kind of spell casting they could be doing with all those hand motions.
